The Mini Huller/Sheller was first designed for the University of California at Davis. It has proven successful in processing almonds from hull to meat separation. With slight modification it can be reconfigured to process walnuts, pistachios and hazelnuts. The Jessee Mini Huller/Sheller is a compact portable unit that can process approx. 250-300 lbs / hr. The unit includes (1) small shaker deck with different sized holes for separation of meal /pieces/halves & shell. It also includes (1) cracker unit and (1) aspirator point to remove shell etc.. This unit may require several re-runs to get the final product you want. The unit is very popular and is used world-wide with much success.
