The Jessee Macadamia Nut Cracker uses large, heavy duty cracking rolls to gently pinch and break the hard shell without damaging the nut meat. Integrated sizing rolls drop the nuts into the cracking rolls at the proper pinch spacing to accurately crack a variety of sizes.
