Jessee Sizing Decks and Scalping Decks are available in a wide range of sizes and capacities. Whether you are scalping in-shell nuts or sizing the smallest pieces from already shelled nuts there is a Jessee Sizing deck to meet your needs. Rotary Vibratory Motors eliminates mechanical shaker arms and eccentric bearings, which are prone to wear and need regular replacement. Jessee Pistachio and Macadamia Nut Float Tanks have proven durability and performance. Removing closed shell Pistachios from split shell Pistachios is an easy job for the Jessee Pistachio Float Tank. When co-mingled Pistachios are introduced into the Float Tank, open shell Pistachios drop to the bottom of the tank where they are elevated out by a Polypropylene belt. Closed shell Pistachios, which float, are moved across the top of the water by a jet stream and cascade to a dewatering screen and on to processing. Very hard shells and soft nut meats makes the Macadamia a tough nut to crack. The Jessee Macadamia Nut Cracker uses large, heavy duty cracking rolls to gently pinch and break the hard shell without damaging the nut meat.
