Aspirators provide efficient separation of nut products. For years Jessee Aspirators have led the industry in separation and efficiency. By introducing the product into the air stream the air signal is allowed to act directly on the product and allows more accurate adjustment and separation. Jessee Sizing Decks and Scalping Decks are available in a wide range of sizes and capacities. Whether you are scalping in-shell nuts or sizing the smallest pieces from already shelled nuts there is a Jessee Sizing deck to meet your needs. Rotary Vibratory Motors eliminates mechanical shaker arms and eccentric bearings, which are prone to wear and need regular replacement. Jessee Pistachio and Macadamia Nut Float Tanks have proven durability and performance. Removing closed shell Pistachios from split shell Pistachios is an easy job for the Jessee Pistachio Float Tank. When co-mingled Pistachios are introduced into the Float Tank, open shell Pistachios drop to the bottom of the tank where they are elevated out by a Polypropylene belt. Closed shell Pistachios, which float, are moved across the top of the water by a jet stream and cascade to a dewatering screen and on to processing. The Mini Almond Huller-Sheller was first designed for the University of California at Davis. It has proven successful in processing almonds from hull to meat separation. With slight modification it can be reconfigured to process walnuts, pistachios and hazelnuts.
