Walnut Aspirators provide the extra performance needed to handle in-shell Pecans and Walnuts. The special design features of the Jessee WASP (Walnut Aspirator) makes aspiration effective with the heavy in-shell Pecans and Walnuts. When installed on the “Wet End” of the hulling process, sub standard (light weight) nuts can be removed from premium nuts before being sent to the dehydrator. When installed on the “Dry End”, after the dehydrator, they can make a final sort before being sent to packing or shelling. Jessee Sizing Decks and Scalping Decks are available in a wide range of sizes and capacities. Whether you are scalping in-shell nuts or sizing the smallest pieces from already shelled nuts there is a Jessee Sizing deck to meet your needs. Rotary Vibratory Motors eliminates mechanical shaker arms and eccentric bearings, which are prone to wear and need regular replacement. Double Cut Aspirators, also called Piggy Back Aspirators, are used to get two grades of Pecans. The initial cut from the first aspirator in line is used to remove just trash; blank nuts (pops) and loose debris which is usually discarded. The next cut from the second aspirator separates the lower grade of nuts, which are usually immature or shriveled, from the higher grade nuts. This allows you to get the premium price for the good product without being penalized for off grade nuts. Sizes available 12", 18", 24", 36", 48" and 60" to match your processing needs.
